Program: Gautam Jha, MD sends text messages to patients who agree to receive them. Messages include appointment reminders and confirmations, scheduling and office updates, and replies to questions you send us (customer care).

How you agree: You give consent verbally to our office staff, or in writing, or by texting us first. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of receiving care.

Message frequency varies (usually 1-4 messages per visit). Message and data rates may apply.

To stop: reply STOP at any time. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed and no more texts after that. To get help: reply HELP, call 877-275-3754, or email gautamjha@gautamjhamd.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. Information is shared only with service providers that help us send messages, and only as needed to deliver them.
